Making Mensches VIRTUAL Shabbos Grief Gathering

Please RSVP below. The Zoom link will be sent out prior to the event.

Gather with us to honor our grief from the ways we are all impacted by decaying systems. In order to continue recommitting ourselves to the struggle for liberation and safety every day, we must make room for grief and allow it to push us forward. Come begin to metabolize your grief with community in this non-traditional shabbos space.

During this gathering, we will make use of various tools to process grief together, including a reflection from Rabbi Kukla, somatic practice with Ara Oshin, building grief altars together, and more. Additional details to come!

[Pieces of shabbos observance will be part of this event but there will not be a maariv service. This is a space to be in grief together, we are not providing spiritual counseling.]

We encourage all attendees to donate in order to support this event and future events. If you are unable to donate but would like to support our work there are a variety of Virtual Shabbat Support Roles we are looking to fill.
